Colour: bright straw yellow with lingering perlage. Bouquet: full-bodied with scents of bread crusts and acacia flowers. Taste: elegant, with a fresh taste, sapid, good acidity. Serving Temperature: 6°-8°C.
Food coupling: great as aperitifs, and with other courses too except dessert.
