Grapes are hand-picked early in the morning and softly pressed; the must ferments in stainless steel tanks for about 20 days at controlled temperatures between 15 and 17 °C. The wine receives extended fine lees contact in tank for 2 months. In the glass Verbian is very intense, with fruity sensations of citrus, intense and savoury, with floral and grassy aftertaste.
