For the Barberini estate tradition is a family matter since 1946 when Mario Barberini established his farm few km south of Rome. The respect for the environment was a principle from the beginning but today the next generation underlined this fundamental point with the SQNPI certification that is a guarantee for the respect of all resources involved in the farming.
Tenuta Barberini is today 50 hectares big (around 123 acres) with the production of olive trees, hazelnuts and pomegranates.
