Passerina is a native variety from central Italy that for long time has been neglected in favour of other varieties like Trebbiano and Malvasia. In the last years Passerina grow its popularity thanks to the full taste of the wine produced with it (the name Passerina comes from Passero, sparrow, that loves to eat this grape).
