The full taste of this Cabernet blend is greatly expressed in La Cerretella's Ricamo with harmony, structure and intensity.
The malolactic fermentation and the ageing is done in barrique for 12 months. After this part of the wine will be transferred to stainless steel vats and part will remain in small barrels. The enologist will decide when to unify them and then start with the bottling.
The aromas are very intense with black cherry in the foreground followed by spicies and balsamic notes. Great elegance and persistence.
Ideal with the typical Tuscan appetizers, roast, game and cheese.
