
La Cerretalla Bolgheri Rosso is a fresh and spicy wine with intense aromas that range from cherry to nutmeg. It is made with 4-6 months fermentation and ageing in barrique barrels followed by a few months in stainless steel vats.
Ideal with meat courses, it will be great with the typical fish stew from Tuscany (Cacciucco).
