
The pistachios were brought to Sicily by the Arabs and in the centuries they became part of the local identity.
For making this delicious liqueur cream the Maison Giardini d'Amore chopps the pistachios and dips them in whole milk and raw cane sugar. After cooling, pure food-grade alcohol 96° is added to the filtered mixture and, after an appropriate rest, the cream can be bottled.
The bouquet is sweet and aromatic with a smooth creamy sensation in the mouth.
We suggest to enjoy this liqueur in a brandy glass at fridge or room temperature, eventually with an ice cube.
After opening it can be stored for long time out of the fridge.
