SUSUMANIELLO PUGLIA ROSSO IGP 2023 MASCA DEL TACCO

Susumaniello by Masca del Tacco is a fantastic rediscovery of the Apulian tradition.

This intense red wine grows on ferrous soil with the favour of the sea wind.
After the fermentation Masca del Tacco's Susumaniello ages in a balanced mix of stainless steel and oak.

It is very dark in the glass. To the nose the bouquet is rich in red ripe fruits, blue raspberry and tobacco. To the palate it is powerful with harmonic tannins. It is fresh and persistant. 

PAIRING: meat, game, ripe cheese.
