A Barolo that comes from the area of the greatest of its kind that are sold at auction with dizzying prices. Luckily Massimo Benevelli keeps his feet firmly on the ground and gives us an emotion for refined palates thanks to his skillfull work in the vineyard and in the cellar, where no yeasts are added and the wine is left to rest in oak barrels for at least a year before being bottled. The 2016 is an amazing vintage and can be drank immediately or kept in the cellar for another 5-6 years, only to improve with time.
