This Dolcetto is a fresh wine, but certainly not simple. Aged in steel tanks for 8 months, it also receives a brief refinement in the bottle before being placed on the market. Flowers and cherries emerge with joy from the glass, while the taste is dry and full-bodied in the mouth. Suitable for first courses, cheeses and white meats.
