Barbera I Patriarchi is produced with the best grapes from the two vineyards San Cristoforo and Fausoni. After the manual selection and the vinification with traditional methods the wine is partially aged for at least 12 months in small french oak barrels.
It's a generous wine with that perfect balance between acidity and wood sensations typical of the best Barberas.
It can be enjoyed now but it will also show interesting evolutions between now and six years.
