Santo Stefano is very similar to Tenuta Cavalier Pepe's Taurasi with the only difference that the ageing in bottle is a bit shorter. All the rest makes it very similar to the big brother Opera Mia: ageing in barrique for six months and then in stainless steel for twenty-four months.
It is a full-bodied red wine with spicy and red fruit aromas.
