Silvio Grasso is a small family-run company in the Barolo area with the good fortune of owning some of the finest Barolo crus. For this particular Langhe Rosso, the oenologist has chosen to "blend" Nebbiolo (the grape from which Barolo is produced) with Syrah and Merlot to achieve an incredible balance of tastes enriched by 3 months of aging in barriques.
