This rosè comes from the south side of the Etna volcano with an amazing pink with coral nuances color thanks to the 12 hours of skin maceration.
The grapes are Nerello Mascalese (80%) and Nerello Cappuccio (20%) and the yields are very low: 3 to 4 tons per hectare.
The aromas of flowers and red fruits are very enveloping.
Etna Rosato will be a perfect pairing for the whole meal.
