La Magnolia's Millebolle is an interesting unusual sparkling wine made with the native grapes Ribolla Gialla with a small percentage of Riesling. It's a cheeky wine with a strong personality: apple and grapefruit fragrances, charming perlage.
Great as aperitif but try it also with all dishes which need that "brush" effect in the mouth.
