If it weren't for the alcohol, it would almost seem like sipping tea, such is the almost herbaceous delicacy of this grappa. Barbera grapes selected from the best producers of Asti and Monferrato areas are distilled at low pressure with copper steam stills and aged 7 years in oak and chestnut barrels. This grappa has a bewitching color and enveloping, vaguely smoky aromas. The taste is rich, soft and very persistent.
