This fragrant Sauvignon Blanc is made with cryomaceration* of the grapes for 24 hours and fermentation in stainless steel only. This way the original aromas of the grapes are kept intact with those typical lime and passion fruit nuances. The chalky soil provides those mineral notes which turn this wine into something special.
It goes well with starters and seafood.
*The cryomaceration is a winemaking technique in which the crushed grapes are held at subzero temperatures in order to weaken the cellular structures in grape skins and extract more substances.
