This Gewürztraminer is a great example of well balanced wine between the typical fruit and floral fragrances of the variety and a good acidity. The tecnique of production is very sophisticated with skin maceration at cold temperature for 12 hours, total absence of oxygen and continuous batonnage in the stainless steel vats.
As a result this wine comes with delicate rose and citrus aromas which make it a great pair with many courses like shrimps salad, cheese, and all starters.
Very little sulphites added (below the limit of organic certified productions).
