Great terroir and experience in the cellar: this is what it takes to make a great Chardonnay. Nicolò and Andrea from Salurnis are young but they know how to make the best out of their vineyard Stenk in the mountains of Sudtirol. The wine ages 10 months on the lees in barrique barrels and then rests at least 3 months in the bottle before being marketed.
The fragrance of citrus skins and almond become fanciful and embracing in the mouth with extremly long persistence.
Great to be paired with fish and poultry.
