Chardonnay and Viognier is a great pairing. The Chardonnay brings acidity and substance, thanks to the ageing in small wood barrels, while the Viognier ages in stainless steel vats and gives all those great fruity aromas.
After twelve months ageing the wine is bottled and then rests for another twelve months before going to the market.
Mila is a very structured wine which can age for many years before being enjoyed.
