Sancarraro's Grillo is produced in the vineyards on the coast between Marsala and Mazara del Vallo in the Western part of Sicily. Here the vines receive the fresh salty wind from the Mediterranean sea and the aromas from the algae accumulated on the beach.
You can find those fragrances in the glass thanks to the careful fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel.
A wine with fantastic aromas ideal with spaghetti with clams and raw fish.
