It is made with the organic agricolture, indigenous yeasts and maceration for 6 to 8 days of the skins. The aromas are fresh and mineral with a pleasant remind to saffron.
The International association VinNatur certified that there is no use of pesticides in the vineyards of Cantina Giara.
