To the nose Argenteo reminds to herbs and tomato leaf. In the mouth it has an enveloping taste.
The winemaking procedure starts with a couple of days of cold maceration followed by two seperated fermentations: part of the wine is fermented with selected yeasts and part with spontaneous fermentation.
Aging is in steel until spring with several batonnage.
