Sabresenò's Argeste is a Vermentino with sea aromas.
Argeste is produced in the heart of Gallura, the most historical Vermentino region in Sardinia, in an area where the north wind blows wild bringing the salt from the Mediterranean Sea.
The combination of sea breeze, perfect soil and great work of the winemaker turnes Argeste into a gorgeous Vermentino.
In the glass the sapidity is surrounded by fruit and chamomile aromas with a light citrus smell.
To the palate it is full, dense and yet fresh as we expect from a white wine with personality.
The aftertaste reminds to herbs and almond. Fantastic persistence.
PAIRING: Sabresenò's Vermentino Argeste is great with shellfish. The good structure makes it perfect with savoury poultry recipes and cheeses.
