Francone's Nebbiolo is made with young vineyards in Neive, the heart of the Barbaresco region. It is clearly less demanding than the two big brothers Barbaresco and Barolo, but the 8 months ageing in oak make it very elegant and enjoyable.
It is ready now or can be left in the cellar for another 6-8 years.
Ideal with pasta and meat.
