Basilicata

italia_2.png

Basilicata is the Italian region with the smallest amount of vineyards because of the geographical morphology and the climate: we are in the South of Italy but yet in a very mountainous region with a rigid climate.

Aglianico is by far the most widespread grape variety, especially in the Vulture area, with numerous family-run wineries that produce excellent territorial wines with great rigor.

Our choice fell on the Donato D'Angelo winery, a small cellar in Rionero in Vulture with a big heart and splendid passion.
