Lumìe, which is a not so common and extremely fragrant citrus tree in Sicily, is Baglio Diar's sparkling wine.
It comes from the gentle hills of Salemi, in the Sicilian hinterland close to Marsala, where the temperature swinging between day and night is very high during the harvest time (end of July).
Thanks to this and to the 90 days "sur lie" Lumìe shows fantastic citrus notes to the nose, followed by mandarin and peach savour.
PAIRING: Lumìe is a great aperitif and goes great with any kind of tartare (both fish and meat).
