Colle Manora's Sauvignon is produced on the first historical vineyard of Sauvignon planted in Piedmont. A farsighted choice to locate the ancient farm where today's winery developed. The chalky soil rich of marl from the old sea bottom, makes this wine intense with tropical and citrus aromas.
Ideal with fish and starters.
