Baglio Diar's Zibibbo "Fantasia" is a dry white wine with great intensity.
The harvest is made during the night to make sure that the grapes are full of yeasts thanks to the strong temperature difference between day and night in the winery vineyards at 300 meters above sea level.
The fermentation is made at controlled temperature after 10-12 hours of refrigeration at 4 degrees in order to extract as much as possible from the grape skin. After the fermentation the wine rests three months in stainless steel vats.
To the nose Baglio Diar's Zibibbo "Fantasia" has a strong impact with orange and lemon blossom aromas together with candied fruit, grapefruit, sage and eucalyptus.
In the mouth it has a full and rich flavour.
The persistence is surprising.
