Podere29's Rosè is made with Nero di Troia grapes 100%. Like all other Podere29 wines Gelso Rosa is organic and comes from a sandy soil a few km away from the Adriatic Sea.
The fermentation is made in stainless steel and in the glass the attention is captured by the fantastic raspberry colour. The aromas are black cherry and violet, while in the mouth the taste is delicate, floral, mineral and fresh.
