
Ghiomo's Barbera Lavai is a concentration of intensity and power. The grapes are harvested when already over-mature after a bunch reduction of 30% and further eye selection of the best ones. The grapes will rest 24 hours before moving forward to the pressing.
The fermentation, including the malolactic, takes place in stainless steel, followed by few months in oak barrels.
It's a Barbera with the typical red-violet colour, intense fruit aromas and a full taste.
Fantastic with any meat course and cheese.
