It is well known that the landscape of the Langhe region is primarily composed of vineyards and hazelnut groves: a feast for the eyes and the palate.

The Gerlotto brothers own approximately 10 hectares planted with gentle trilobate Langhe hazelnuts, which after roasting are transformed into this delicious spread.

The hazelnut content is 58%, which is more than four times that of the most well-known brands. No oils are added.
