
The new Disira is 100% Syrah, following the company's desire to move towards wines very linked to the territory (and the Syrah grape, although international, has deep roots in this part of Sicily) and with a low alcohol.
Baglio Diar grows Disira on clay soils located between Trapani and Salemi.
The harvest is nocturnal in the last weeks of August.
Fermentation of about 10 days at 24 degrees and then maturation for 3 months in vitrified cement. Disira has a magnificent ruby red color. Scents of rose and violet, raspberry and black currant. In the mouth it is fresh with a pronounced note of black pepper in the finish.
PAIRING: ideal with game and meats cooked with aromatic herbs.
