The blend of this delightful bottle is typical of the area: predominantly Garganega, Trebbiano and Trebbianello (a biotype of Tocai Friulano) in equal amounts, and then the surprise, a 20% of Riesling that brings an incredible contribution of aromas and notes reminiscent of minerals.
On the nose, Mael immediately shows personality with citrus and matchstick.
After a few minutes in the glass, notes of white fruit and cut grass emerge.
