In this case, we’re talking about a wine born from the union of vineyards located in Serralunga d’Alba, Castiglione Falletto, and Barolo.

Even in the cellar, the process remains highly traditional, with daily punch-downs and a complete délestage halfway through the 25-day maceration period.

The resulting Barolo boasts an extraordinary balance of flavors, including wild berries, pomegranate, violets, camphor, and licorice.
