The light pink colour comes from a short skin contact done before the fermentation in stainless steel at controlled temperature.
Amazing orange blossom and rose aromas to the nose.
To the palate it's silky and mouthfilling and that is when you discover again the typical Susumaniello's flavour but more delicate and smooth with saltiness and freshness.
PAIRING: Masca del Tacco's Susumaniello Rosè is very versatile. It goes well with fish starters, shellfish, chiecken salade, fresh cheeses
