This sparkling wine is a fantastic idea realized by the Francone family: a classic method (following the Champagne procedure) made with Nebbiolo grapes, the great treasure of Langhe. After a short maceration and skin contact with the Rosé de Saignée method and the fermentation this wine will rest for 24 months on the yeasts. In the glass you will find aromas of lemon and mandarin followed by strawberry and white pepper. Great intensity and long aftertaste.
