The ritual of the distillation of the Malvasia grapes repeats itself every year at Antica Distilleria di Altavilla, one of the oldest italian distilleries.

The pomace is distilled with a low pressure system and with copper steam in cherry wood casks.

The slow method and the incredible quality of the grapes produce a fantastic Grappa with amber color and cherry aromas. It is very smooth in the mouth with a perfect balanced taste between sweet and sour.

The bottles comes with a nice cardboard box. Ideal for a gift.
