Coda di volpe is a native vine from Irpinia (Campania, the region of Naples) that for long time has been used only in blend with other more famous variety but recently some illuminated wineries have discovered how special it can be alone.
Tenuta Cavalier Pepe has been one of the first wineries to believe in it and when you taste it you understand why: this white wine is incredibly fragrant (peach, pineapples, candied citron) and perfectly balanced in the mouth with a great persistence.
Try it with buffalo mozzarella.
