Diotisalvi (Susegana - Treviso) Putting the earth and nature at the center of everything: this is the aspect on which Luca Diotisalvi focuses for the realization of his wines. It is with this goal that the agricultural activity of the Winery has embraced the organic certification from the beginning and then the biodynamic theory (with Demeter certification). According to the company philosophy, the earth must be rich in life, fertility, and balance so that the vine can draw nourishment from it, growing strong and healthy, and able to defend itself when needed. Diotisalvi's vineyards are located in Veneto, between Treviso and Valdobbiadene, an area with deep wine-making traditions at the foot of the Dolomites. A strongly artisanal winery that has also opened up to resistant grape varieties (PIWI) taking the path of the future. |
