
If you want to measure how delicious this Passito is you just need to look how quickly the bottle will be empty once you put it on the table. It’s no surprise because Piero Verlingieri, owner and enologist of Rossovermiglio, pays his highest attention in making this sweet wine: selection of the Falanghina grapes with the optical scanner (which eliminates the bad grapes), hundred days of drying at fresh temperature, fermentation in stainless steel tanks and refining for six months on the yeasts.
It’s a floral and fruity Passito which greatly pairs desserts, cheeses or simply a moment of relax after dinner.
Suitable for vegans too because the Rossovermiglio winery doesn’t use any animal derivatives in the production.
