Mariateresa Gennaro and Piero Verlingieri have been caring their vineyards in the Sannio region for thirty years and their passion brought them to focus more and more on the use of high tech in their cellar. Visiting their winery is like a jump into the future starting from the hyper-reduction machineries which replace oxygen with nitrogen so that the grapes never get in touch with open air and therefore the addition of sulphites is minimal, going to the optical scanner for the selection of the best grapes with the elimination of the bad ones.
