SPUMANTE DOC EXTRA DRY ROSATO AGLIANICO ANIMANERA ROSSOVERMIGLIO

It’s not a classic method, that is for sure. But you wouldn’t even call it Charmat method. This Animanera by Rossovermiglio is a sparkling wine which rests 10 months on the lees before being bottled and becoming an amazing extra dry. Pink/amber colour, intense aroma of fruit and butter, rich taste which allows pairing with all meal courses.

Very low sulphites. Suitable for vegans.

PAIRINGS: Gnocchi with cheese, stewed rabbit, seared tuna.
