Maison Giardini d'Amore produces this liquorice liqueur with pure liquorice from Calabria, the Italian most important region for the production of this root.
The liquorice is hot processed, according to traditional techniques, with an infusion of water and cane sugar. After cooling, the mixture is filtered and combined with pure food-grade alcohol 96°. After this process, the liqueur should rest a due course before it can be bottled in nice glass bottles.
Giardini d'Amore liquorice liqueur is intense, dense and harmonious.
We suggest a brandy glass. It can be enjoyed cool from the fridge or at room temperature, maybe with an ice cube.
After opening it can be stored out of the fridge for a long time.
