Baglio Diar's Dida is made with 100% Catarratto grapes and takes its name from a novel by the Sicilian writer Luigi Pirandello.
Like all Baglio Diar's wines it is organically certified which a direction taken by the winery from the beginning to ensure sustainability and quality.
Dida is a wine with a very strong charactere: rich in minerality and refreshing aromas thanks to barrique aging of three months.
Gold reflections in the glass and enveloping scents of dried figs, aniss and vanilla.
Citrus aromas and ripe apricot flavours complete the overall taste.
The harvest takes place at night between the third and the fourth week of September.
