Timorasso has been rediscovered for some years now and has recently been enjoying great worldwide success. It is an indigenous grape of Monferrato that stands out for its minerality and complex aromas that push this white wine enthusiastically throughout the meal even with complex dishes, including cheeses. The Tenuta Montemagno oenologist lets the grapes express themselves in all their fullness by bringing the alcohol level to 14 % without sacrificing the characteristic drinkability of this classic white wine. A bottle can also be put aside and cellared for a few additional years allowing it to become even more structured. Alberto Ravetti, Area Manager of Tenuta Montemagno, talks about it in the video below.
