In order to preserve all the fresh aromas of the Grillo grapes the Selene vineyards are harvested during the night of the first August days. A special care for one of the most popular Sicilian white wines.
Baglio Diar's Grillo is rich in citrus aromas followed by tropical fruits and aromatic herbs (like rosemary).
To the palate Selene shows good acidity and raises memories of orange peel.
PAIRING: great with fish, octopus and seafood. Try it with fatty meats and sheep cheese
