The amazing pink color of this Pinot Grigio would be already enough to make it special. But it's not only that, because when you taste it you understand how special it really is. There is a lot of care and work behind it. The grapes are picked early in the morning in order to preserve all the lees of the fresh night temperatures. Then the maceration on the skins takes place for 36 hours and this marks the wine with that amazing color. The maturation is 80% in steel and 20% in barrique barrels.
In your glass you will enjoy the delicate floral fragrances of this Pinot Grigio. The taste is very smooth and makes it easy to pair with many dishes.
