From the volcanic soil of the south slope of the Etna Volcano at 800m above sea level this Etna Bianco is made with Carricante (60%), Catarratto (30%) and Inzolia (10%).

The ageing of eight months in stainless steel preserves the aromas of flowers and tropical fruit with very good acidity.

Perfect with fish, seafood and shellfish.
