The Arneis San Michele by Deltetto is a seductive Arneis that, in addition to the typical fruity aromas of the grape variety, adds apple and vanilla thanks to a brief aging in barrique barrels.
The name of the wine comes from the vineyard located near the winery, in the heart of Roero, with soil characterized by sand and marl. These elements, combined with the expert touch of Carlo Deltetto, give the wine its aromas and elegance.
A well-structured wine that can also age for 3-4 years in the bottle before being consumed.
PAIRINGS: Ideal for appetizers and first courses. Try it with white truffle fondue from Alba.
